This website, quantummed.uk, is operated by Med Biz-Point (“we”, “us”, “our”), 158 Uxbridge Road, Ealing, London W13 8SB, United Kingdom. Med Biz-Point is responsible, as the controller, for the personal data described in this policy.

2. What personal data we collect

• Contact form: your name, email address, phone number (optional) and the content of your message.
• Technical data: our hosting provider’s servers automatically record technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the date and time of your visit in server logs, for security and to keep the website running.
• Spam protection: when you send the contact form, we keep a pseudonymised (hashed) version of your IP address for 15 minutes to limit repeated automated submissions. It is then deleted automatically.
• Statistics (only with your consent): if you accept statistics cookies in the cookie banner, our hosting provider (GoDaddy) measures visits and site performance. See our Cookie Policy.

Please do not include detailed health information in your message unless it is needed to answer your question. If you choose to include it, you give us your explicit consent to use it only to reply to your enquiry.

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run this website, under appropriate contracts:

• GoDaddy — website hosting and, with your consent, visitor statistics
• Proton AG — email (messages you send to the email address shown on this website)
• Google (Gmail) — email (messages from the contact forms on this website are delivered to this mailbox)
• Automattic Inc. (Akismet) — automated spam checks of form submissions, where enabled

Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, the transfer is covered by UK adequacy regulations or by appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.

5. How long we keep your data

We keep enquiries for up to two years after our last contact with you, unless we need to keep them longer to meet legal obligations. Server logs are kept by our hosting provider for a limited period for security purposes.
